ATTENDING: K. Alford; J. Kianka; V. Biesiada; A. Lombardi; B. Fisher; R. Manning; H. J. Hubert; R. Strauss; S. Jones: H. Bonner

ABSENT: J. Suddaby

ALSO PRESENT: M. Connor

Mr. Strauss called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

At 4:02 p.m., Ms. Biesiada moved to go into executive session to discuss the Executive Director Search.

Ms. Lombardi seconded, the motion carried unanimously.

At 5:40 p.m., Mr. Alford motioned to adjourn executive session.

Ms. Jones seconded, the motion carried unanimously.

No action was taken.

ADJOURNMENT

Ms. Biesiada moved to adjourn.

Mr. Strauss adjourned the meeting.
