ATTENDING: K. Alford,J. Kianka,V. Biesiada,R. Manning,B. Fisher,R. Strauss ,H. J. Hubert,
J. Suddaby,S. Jones
ABSENT: H. Bonner,A. Lombardi
ALSO PRESENT: Gail Cox
Mr. Strauss called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Manning move to go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter on a contract issue.
Ms. Suddaby seconded, the motion carried unanimously.
At 6:10, Ms. Biesiada motioned to adjourn executive session and to reconvene in open session.
Ms. Jones seconded, the motion carried unanimously.
No action was taken in open session.
ADJOURNMENT
Ms. Suddaby moved to adjourn.
Mr. Strauss adjourned the meeting at 6:12 p.m.
