Robert P Kinchen

 

1990: Robert P. Kinchen retired after fourteen years as Onondaga County Public Library’s director        
- 1990 Annual Report bicentenial quilt

1990: Onondaga County’s Bicentennial Quilt given a permanent display case on the Browse-About level of Central Library

1991: Robert P. Kinchen died at age 58
