The AskUs 24/7 chat reference service is part of a global network of cooperating libraries. Onondaga County reference librarians monitor the service a limited number of hours per week. When you use the AskUs 24/7 chat reference service, you may be chatting with a librarian from outside Onondaga County or New York State.
