Catalog FAQs - Change Your PIN
With your library card number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number), you may access information online about your library account and the library's databases. The only contact information you can change yourself online is your PIN.
Change Your PIN
- Click the My Account tab and log in with your barcode number and PIN.
- Click My Record on the My Account submenu.
- Click Change PIN on the bottom left of your screen.
- Enter old PIN and new PIN. New PIN should be four (4) numbers, not letters. This will enable you to use the Overdrive Digital Catalog and the library’s online databases.
- If you do not have a PIN or cannot remember your PIN, please visit your local library for assistance. You will need to bring a photo ID. PINs cannot be changed or assigned over the phone.
- Be sure to click Log Out at the top left of the screen to end your session and close out of your account.
