View & Manage Hold Requests
- Click Holds on the My Account submenu to display the list of your current requests. The requests view may display a Hold Position column. If this feature is activated, the numbers in the Hold Position column indicate the status of your request compared to other patrons' requests for the same item.
- Select the check box to the left of the item(s).
- Click the appropriate link at the bottom of the page to Cancel Requests or Suspend/Reactivate Requests.
- Be sure to click Log Out at the top left of the screen to end your session.
Hold Status terms:
- Active - Your request for the item is active and the pickup library will receive the item when it is available.

- Shipped - The item is on its way from one library to another library.
- Held - The item you requested has been located. The library will be notifying you when it is available for pickup.

- Received - An interlibrary loan item is in the library and is ready for you to check out. After you check out an interlibrary loan item the request is no longer displayed.
- Not-supplied - There are no items to fill your request.
