Catalog FAQs - View and Manage Hold Requests

View & Manage Hold Requests

  1. Click Holds on the My Account submenu to display the list of your current requests. The requests view may display a Hold Position column. If this feature is activated, the numbers in the Hold Position column indicate the status of your request compared to other patrons' requests for the same item.
  2. Select the check box to the left of the item(s).
  3. Click the appropriate link at the bottom of the page to Cancel Requests or Suspend/Reactivate Requests.
  4. Be sure to click Log Out at the top left of the screen to end your session.
