How Do I...Reserve A Room?
Reserve A Room
The rooms can only be reserved by:
- non-profit organizations
- government agencies
- clubs
- cultural organizations
The meeting rooms are NOT for:
- private parties
- sales events of any kind, including fund raisers
- events where money is involved for dues or fees for materials before, during or after the event
- religious or political organizations for conducting rallies or services (otherwise they are okay)
Reserved Room General Information
- Seating capacity is 135 (fire code) for the Curtin Auditorium
- The Horner room has a seating capacity of 16 (fire code)
- Food served must be served by professional caterers
- The group is responsible for clean up and leaving the space the way they found it
- The group must hire a guard, through the library, for a minimum of 4 hours at $18.23 per hour
[ The only exemption is for county or in-house events]
- No event booked by an outside agency can be closed to the public
- The bookings must be made at least three weeks before the date of the event
