Stare

She gazed at me
As if she was trying to see,
Something elegant and beautiful before her eyes.
But I understand those things are all lies.

"What are you looking at?" I commented.
She cringed in pain as if tormented.
"Nothing, nothing. Just walking by."
That's right, walk. Just go and die.

Tell me now, like you tell the world.
