Circulation Department - Central Library
About the Circulation Department
Circulation is located on the Lobby Level of the Central Library, and provides the following services:
- Registers patrons for library cards. Please bring a picture ID, or 2 other forms of ID and something with your current address. You can begin your card application online by going to the My Account portion of OCPL's catalog and click on the sentence above the log in box, “If you do not have a library card, click here to register now”.
- Check out patrons, return items, and renew library materials
- Patrons pick up their hold requests
- Patrons can make payments to a patrons account for overdue, lost materials, etc
- Materials are pulled daily from the shelves to fill patrons hold requests
- Answer circulation questions both in person,
