in America
Search the current year's directory by company name, keyword, state, sector
(retail, service, manufacturing, distribution), or industry. A new search
feature is the Interactive Demographics search which allows you to break out
companies by several variables at once. Additionally there is a Fast Facts
page with interesting statistics compiled from the database, Hall of Fame,
which lists 5 time winners since the first list in 1982.
NAICS (North American
Industry Classification System)
NAICS is the North American Industry Classification System—the
new industry classification that replaces the SIC (Standard
Industrial Classification) System. This site, provided
by the U.S. Bureau of the Census, translates SIC codes
into the new NAICS codes and vice versa. See also Standard
Industrial Classification Search for the 1987 Standard Industrial Classification
Code (developed by the Department of Labor to classify industries). Provides
the SIC code description and list of typical products/services covered, as
