A multi-type library consortium serving Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties.

U.S. government documents, films and pictures. A good place to look for genealogical military records and images of primary source documents. Video.Google.com has digitized many historical government newsreels and documentaries from the National Archives' collections.


New York Public Library

New York State Library
The New York State Library is part of the Office of Cultural Education, within the New York State Education Department. The Library has three major components: The Research Library, The Talking Book and Braille Library, and the Division of Library Development. The Excelsior catalog will search the holdings of the New York State Library and the New York State Archives.


New York State Library: Talking Book and Braille Library
The Talking Book and Braille Library serves people in upstate New York who are blind or visually handicapped, or who have a physical or learning disability that prevents them from reading print books.


New York State Unified Court System—Law Libraries
