Most libraries have free copies of major New York State and Federal personal income tax forms during tax season. The Central Library also has reproducible personal and business tax forms, instructions, and tax publications for the current and past years available year-round for photocopying.

Library staff are prohibited by law from providing any assistance in filling out tax forms or determining which forms to file.

AARP Tax-Aide Sites

AARP's Tax-Aide is a program to provide income tax assistance to older and/or lower income persons. Enter your zip code to find the tax help location nearest you, or call the Central Library at 435-1900 for information on participating libraries and other locations in Onondaga County.

** NOTE **: Searching the AARP site will provide all community locations that offer tax assistance; the list is not limited to OCPL libraries.
