ATTENDING: G. Biesiada, S. Jones, B. Fisher, H. Bonner, A. Lombardi, H. J. Hubert, R. Strauss, J. Kianka; J. Suddaby

ABSENT: D. Moynihan

ALSO PRESENT: G. Cox,

Mr. Strauss called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

At 5:02 p.m., Mr. Bonner motioned to enter into executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
                                           
Ms. Lombardi second, the motion carried unanimously.

At 8:00 p.m., Mr. Hubert moved to adjourn executive meeting. 

Mr. Kianka seconded, the motioned carried unanimously.

No action was taken in open session.

ADJOURNMENT                       

Mr. Strauss adjourned the meeting at 8:01 p.m.
