To promote effective communications among system library staff through electronic means. Rapid information exchange among libraries via listservs and an Intranet. Annual survey of system staff on efficacy of e-communications. Development of a system listserv for information sharing and flow among staff.

To enhance information flow among system policy-makers. Improved informed decision-making by library boards via information exchange through regular meetings of board members and publications to board members from the system. Annual survey of board presidents on efficacy of information disseminated. Continue regular meetings of the Advisory Council, striving for 100% participation

Create a regular publication to inform boards of changes that occur or concerns that are raised in various venues throughout the system

To ensure open and regular communications within the system. Uniformity in awareness of information and application of policy among system libraries via regular meetings of various levels of staff and special interest groups. Comparison of participation levels in the various forums from year to year. Continued regular meetings of member libraries and system staff (07-11.)

Continued rotation of system meeting among locations to promote maximum saturation (07-11.)
