Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion because it is a low impact, slow, circular moving exercise without pause. As you move you breathe naturally and focus your attention on the present moment. The health benefits of Tai Chi address components of fitness, no matter your fitness level, to increase and maintain strength, flexibility, balance and posture.


Join Tai Chi Revolution for a half-hour Tai Chi class each Tuesday morning in July. Meet in Petit's parking lot, and wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Classes will be canceled in case of inclement weather.
