Tai Chi is a meditative and relaxing ancient Chinese art that cultivates both mind and body and improves balance and core strength. Learn the various movements that make Tai Chi a great way to relax and be active at the same time. Meet in Petit's parking lot (inside if inclement weather). Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Everyone is welcome.
