Resources for Kids & Teens

The youth services provided by Onondaga County Public Library are designed to enrich the lives of children and teens by fostering the joy of reading and a love of learning.  We believe that reading and the competent use of technology are critical life skills.  Our goal is to serve the library user of today while developing the library user of tomorrow.
