ABOUT THE LIBRARY

The Onondaga Free Library is located on Onondaga Hill. It serves the Town of Onondaga and the portion of the Town of Geddes which is served by the Westhill School District. Founded in 1960, this free association library is in a modern, two-story building which is handicap accessible. Special collections include Town of Onondaga government documents. The Onondaga Free Library is noted for its sizable large-print collection and circulating children's CD-ROMs. Special services include telephone reference, story hours, summer reading programs, and exam proctoring. The library offers a community room, public access computers, and a fax machine.
