PETIT: Overview to Sustainability

Join us at Petit for an exciting presentation on sustainability. John Przepiora, founding member of a local sustainability promotion organization, GreeningUSA, will talk about sustainability from the perspective of GreeningUSA's "Twelve Traits of a Sustainable Community." In a non-scientific way, this presentation will also focus on a key aspect of sustainability: the concept of 'carbon footprint;' and will suggest things we can do to minimize our own impact on the 'greenhouse effect' that is driving climate change.
