Conversation groups are offered at a few OCPL locations, for those who wish to practice their English speaking and listening skills.

Books and audio/visual materials that help adults learn English and improve reading, writing and speaking skills are available for use or loan at the Central Library. See the Additional Literacy Resources section of the OCPL site for more resources. Literacy staff are available to orient customers to the collection and provide suggestions of helpful materials. Literacy staff are also available by appointment.
