Using Your Library Card

When you have a library card it’s easy to let your imagination take the lead! Onondaga County Public Library brings the world to you with our virtual branch, where you can check out or reserve books and movies, access databases or book a room for an upcoming community event.


Library Code of Conduct

OCPL libraries are a place for reading, studying, and writing; participating in programs, activities and meetings; and, for using or borrowing Library materials. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining an environment in which all Library customers can use and enjoy the Library’s resources, services, and facilities. 


Available Technology

You will find a variety of technologies available throughout the Onondaga County Public Libraries, including accessible options for those with disabilities, ipads for loan, laptops, printers, fax machines, copiers, wifi hubs and access to computers.
