The Syracuse Community Connections Library [Formerly the Southwest Community Center satellite library] of OCPL is located in the Syracuse Community Connections building at 401 South Ave.   Established in 1975 and currently affiliated with the Beauchamp Branch, the 600 square foot library is on the second level of the facility.

The library’s collection of more than 2,000 items includes books, magazines and DVDs.  WiFi access along with seven public computers, with three dedicated to children’s usage, are available to patrons.

There is also an AWE Early Learning Station computer promoting literacy-focused learning for children.

Throughout the year, the library hosts story hours and a summer reading program along with children’s craft activities.
