The Tully Free Library was established in 1935. It is situated in the village of Tully, at the southern edge of Onondaga County, and is chartered to serve the area encompassing the Tully Central School District. The mission of the Tully Free Library is to facilitate creation, collaboration, and exploration in our community by providing access to the world of information and ideas.
