- Real Life Readers, nonfiction titles including biographies, meets third Thursday of the month at 2 pm
- Read, Cook, Eat!, make a recipe from any cookbook of the monthly theme and bring in a sample to pass

Maxwell Memorial Library
Between the Lines Book Club
- Meets on the fourth Monday of the month, unless posted otherwise
- Reads a variety of genres, from literary fiction to suspenseful bestsellers.
- Copies of the book and reading guides are available at Maxwell's circulation desk one month before the meeting.
Unraveling Yarns Book Club
- Usually meets the second Thursday of the month, from 10:30 AM to noon
- Free; no registration
- Copies of the book and reading guides are available at the desk one month prior to the meeting
- All book selections have a mystery or suspense theme. Bring your needlework and unravel a different plot each month.
- Non-knitters are also welcome.
Between Friends Book Club
- For grades 6 to 12.
- Registration preferred.

Book Club Kits
OCPL also offers circulating book club kits that are intended for the use of reading groups.
Search the OCPL Catalog for book club kits using the title of the book, and the word 'kit', or browse the book club kit collection by using the search terms "book club kits" OR see a sampling of kits available.
- A kit includes 12 paperback books and 1 reader's guide with discussion questions, in a tote bag.
- The entire kit is checked out to one person's library card, regardless of how many books the group needs.
- Books and guide must all be returned together in the kit bag.
- Patrons may place holds on the kits.
- The loan period is SIX [6] WEEKS.
- Kits may be renewed if no holds have been placed on the item.
- Kits may be picked up and returned at any OCPL library.
