Tech Packs

Photo of Tech Packs now available

Search for a Tech Backpack in the OCPL catalog: keyword search “chromebook” or "tech pack".

 Each Pack Contains: 

  • Chromebook and charger
  • AT & T hotspot and charger
  • Quick start guide for using the equipment
  • Tag that indicates replacement costs for each piece

Upon checkout of a Tech Pack, you will need to sign our Tech Pack User Agreement.

As part of this User Agreement you agree:

  • The kit must be returned to the owning library, and may be renewed up to two times 
  • Packs are holdable for pick up at the owning library only
  • The library is not responsible for personal information accessed or transmitted using the kit
  • If any part of the kit is lost or damaged, patrons must visit the lending library or call Central to report it: 315-435-1900
  • The library may collect usage data about the kits

Please Note: 

  • The AT & T hotspots have unlimited data (for use in the U.S. only)
  • Each hotspot has a username and password which are displayed when the power button is pushed
